T SPINDLE AND TOOL ADJUSTMENT
The spindle is precision manufactured from special steel, hardened and precision ground. Each tool rest is equipped with a micrometric screw, providing accurate adjustment for processing.
- 2-POSITION ID TOOL REST
Tool change is automatic and rapid. Tapping is done through direction change of spindle motor rotation.
- BAR STOPPER ARM
For barstock protruding length control and center drill mounting. Easy to adjust.
- CAM AND CAM SHAFT
Plate cams (for diameter cutting control) and tube cams (for length cutting control) can be mounted on 2 separate cam shafts. Cam exchange is easy and cam shaft can be switched over to the “HAND OPERATED” side, convenient for trial cutting.
- AUTO. FREQUENT LUBRICATION
- CHIP TANK LARGE AND EASY TO CLEAN
