Machine Features:

Feeding Unit Can be easily operated through Control Panel.                                             Transmission Unit        Driven by conjugated cam. Work pieces carried by the reciprocating action of Main Slide, with smaller                       gap, lower noise and higher stability.

Straightener Equipped with 5 to 10 rollers to efficiently straighten wires. Limit Switched provided on the unit can make observation easier from the panel when wire runs out.	Cutting Unit Driven by S-shape Cam, Cutting power can efficiently react at the Center Axle, which contributes to a stable cut everytime.

Kick-out Device Kick-out Cam is made by SKD11 material, which can reach hardness HRC60 and processed by M.C machine tool. Kick-out stopper distance can be easily adjusted by changing the position of the cam. The last die can be used as heading or punching.                                      Specialized Gears        Gears driving Cutters and Stoppers are heat           treated by Induction Heat-treatment. Gear         teethes are precisely grinded to improve the      strength and precision. Transmission efficiency                    is enhanced and noises are reduced.
